I know that NS frowns on attempting to pass yourself off as one particular country and I've seen people get deleted for creating nation names that mock the user, but is there a prohibition against creating a nation that you and another player have access to that is intended as a combination of two existing nations?

I'm not talking about puppet wanking or RPing as if two nations have combined into one meganation with combined military might. I'm talking about using that as a joke in light of comments from other users who have suggested that two players are strikingly similar in terms of how they RP their countries and in their OOC views.

I wouldn't see a problem with it, just as long as both players consent to it. Just remember though, that any previous record for either nation (if any) will apply to both nations, since both of your IP addresses will be connected to each other.
