Since it has been over half a year since the founder of my region, Squirrely wrath, died of inactivity (along with the rest of the members :(). I was wondering if it is possible to be made founder of my region, Thundercats, so I have access to the regional controls?

You are the lone member of your region. You may refound it at any time by exiting the region, waiting for update to remove it, and refound afterwards. You might want to review the One Stop Rules Shop (Post 2, I believe) for notes on refounding before you begin.
