Greetings, moderators. I'm not sure if this is the right section for this complaint, but I'm sure you can move it if it's not. ;) If it's not, I sincerely apologize.

The nation "Hello101" has gone to countless regions (I traced a few dozen) putting the following message:

"Attention: The People of [region name]

The Stronghold Wants WAR !!!!!!!!

I was just Messaged by a spy in "The Stronghold" who has told me that "The Stronghold" was getting ready to Wage WAR on You within a Week. I ask that you call your allies in and get ready for an attack. "The Stronghold" now has over 300 active members and is power hungry, I wish you luck in the WAR. Please Be safe and I hope you are able to defend your Region and Keep The Stronghold at bay. I would hate to see another Region taken by these crazy people, they are the ones that make the game (NS) Not fun for the rest of us.

I sincerely doubt that these claims are accurate--The Stronghold is not large enough of a region to even discuss war against all of the regions that Hello101 has visited. This is, in my opinion, clear fearmongering. Please take action.

IMHO, "Fearmongering" isnt a punishible offense. They're not spamming a message board, nor doing anything "unreasonable". Heck, he/she might be thinking they're doing you guys a favor.

Odds are, he won't be back.

i think posting that message in several player created regions is illegal (spamming)

anyways, if you see something like this, i guess best is to file it through the getting help page, add a screencapture by clicking the box for saving the regional messageboard and put in the name of one of the regions, then put a bunch of the names of the regions in the report itself.
