While browsing the NSUN Forum, I noted that the thread titled "The Un and Rights of Nations" has been locked. May I ask why, please? I saw nothing offensive in the thread and the discussion seemed to be on point and even interesting.

This was almost certainly done as a result of an extreme spammer whose posts have since been deleted. Sorry that one stayed closed. It's open again.
