Bring back my nation from the abyss?

Hey guys I've been on Nationstates since June, and my nation was Raymuna. But then I got grounded from my computer for about three months, and I lost my nation. Now I worked that thing up since it was a baby(it's always tough seeing them grow up). If I could get my nation back, I'd love you guys for it.

Sometimes when we're caught up or bored we'll restore them from here. We prefer GHRs, but if we have time, we'll get to 'em.

Thank you, now I just need to get rid of Neo Raymuna somehow, and join up with the UN. Don't delete my nations! I want Raymuna as my UN nation, and Neo Raymuna out the window!

Just withdraw from the Un with your 'neo' nation, and if you want, let it die out (as in don't log into it for 28 days) and it'll go on it's own. Mods have stated they don't kill nations on request before. Would be best if you didn't apply for the UN - or at the least, do not accept it if you have - until your other has been removed. I think they've recommended a day or two before. It's been a long day and I'm a bit foggy on the details ...
In any case, is always best to first remove the nation you do not wish to be UN, then apply with the one you do after it's been cleared. That way you don't run the risk of having a multi offense brought down on you. Intent is kind of hard to prove via this medium.
