When someone uses the logo of a private forum as flag, without having asked the admin/owner of that forum, would that be some kind of violation?
I want to solve this mildly, because I have just been ejected by him and don't want to be accused of using mods to get back at him.:p
He made some alterations, to make it look frivolous.

I suggest contacting the owner of the forum/site in question, although using the image as an NS flag isn't really a huge deal....

I'd like to know the mod's opinion, so I can ask him personally, to take it down. It will probably not involve any mod action.
