:confused: why have all the countrys in my region ceased to exist except 3, they were all my friends aswell now i can never talk to them again, at this rate the other country will cease to exist

Probably because they were inactive for 28 days - after that time nations are deleted for inactivity (unless they're on vacation mode, in which case they get 60 days, I think).

One of the nations in that region had an unacceptable name, the others all timed out because they did not sign in within 28 days.
