Today my nation (Saladish) was up and deleted, I saw no real reason for this. And when I tried to sign into the Forums it said I have been banned, and the reason was "None" now that doesn't seem to correct to me.

I was really proud of my nation and I come here everyday so I know it was inactivity. It could just be me but it seems like alot of people are getting deleted, is this a bug?

There are lots of nations cease to exist every day. This request belongs in the getting help page, really. The forum isn't the same as NS. If you login on the forum, your nation will still be inactive.

If you haven't broken any rules, it will be revived. File it under "other".

They may have taken offence at your joke about Mexicans.

Of course, I'm a forum mod, and cannot do the actual deletion of a nation; however, I was around when it happened, and no, your nation will not be revived.
