The topic and topic post foster and encourage ignorance and misinformation. If he wants to report news, he can report news, not make a debacle of what could be a perfectly good debate by trolling for anyone who isn't biased and or ignorant of the subject matter.

Still, newspapers with free anime would rock, stressy old women can skip the tentacle pages and/or draw black bars on them.

Joking or not, he gave no information from the article or any indication he was making a joke. I know who he is, and I know people are mentally challenged. I know people who equate manga directly to hentai and this just furthers their ignorance and only serves to disseminate misinformation. It would be funnier if he tried to be funny instead of playing to the ignorance of the general populace.
