As a friendly 'heads up', starting a new thread to continue your arguing in moderation has historically been frowned on. Given the tone you've already chosen to take with the mods, I wouldn't recommend this as a wise course of action if you a) want to be taken seriously and b) want to continue posting your POV on the boards without a vacation.

No, not trying to speak for or as a mod. Just pointing out that in the past, this sort of thing has not generally ended on a happy note.

I wouyldn't have needed to open a new thread if the last one hadn't been locked by somebody issuing a high handed fiat, would I? This is rum behaviour coming from somebody who's just claimed that my behaviour doesn't lend itself to a reasoned debate.

There is no difference. Both have been deemed as against the rules, and both have received equal punishment, locking the thread. Your attitude has been nothing short of cold, and I certainly don't appreciate it seeing as I've explained to you multiples times on why it was locked, and that in both cases, they were against the rules.

I was talking about the thread in here, rather than one in General, in that case. I wouldn't have opened a new thread to carry this further if you hadn't done that.
Still, now I know hyperbole is deemed unacceptable so all's well in the world.

So we're done here.
