I wouldn't be saying anything if he hadn't turned a completely unbiased, unpartisan picture into an attack on "liberals" specifically. The picture relates to government as a whole, it references no party and can only be presumed to when the person is so obsessed as to do it in their own mind.

Seing as the source was completely anti-republican website, I wouldn't consider it completely unbias. His comment wasn't exactly appropriate for the topic, but it's not really actionable.
