I think somewhere the mods posted that they were sick of people posting region ads in II and NS, I think they said they wouldn't bother to move/delete(one of the two) them cause they were sick of people posting in the wrong forums.
But hey, what do I know? :p

They did say that they wouldn't move them to Gameplay, and would just delete them. One like this, I imagine, will die quickly anyway.
