Dah dum! Some of y'all had to know this was coming.:D

I have two main reasons for wanting a sticky on Compliance.

1. It's such a common thing we get questions about in the UN forum. I admit it; I'm lazy and would rather point to a sticky than explain/debate it every single time.

2. Frankly, the FAQ and the other stickies I wrote aren't sufficiently detailed on this issue to provide a thorough and helpful examination of compliance.

So a fair question to ask is: why should this post be the one that gets stickied? I'm rather fond of it because quite frankly, I and several active members of the NSO (y'all know who you are) put it together and it reflects as much as possible my understanding of how this stuff works based on my past discussions with Mods and players.

If y'all think it's inaccurate in some way, just say so. I certainly have no problem with correcting my mistakes in this thing. Hell, maybe Hack or Fris wants to write the sticky on compliance. I have no problem with that either.

I'll try to review this on the weekend. Bump it if there has been no activity by Sunday.

Okay, maybe just rise. I can't ask you to shine considering that I'm not going to. Actually, I'm going to bed soon because my night shift is over and I need to sleep. So I'll be falling instead of rising. But still.
