I was wondering if posting a sentence or two in a language other than English (in the context of RP) along with its English translation was permitted? I seem to remember seeing on this forum, some time ago, a moderator ruling that it was not allowed, due to the possibility of abuse, but I can't seem to find the relevant section in the One-Stop Rules thread. I am sorry if I have missed an obvious location where this matter has been resolved, and am thus taking up valuable moderator time. Thank you for your help.

I don't believe we've ever made a ruling that disallowed other languages.
Proof: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=392194 That thread has been going on for some time now. NationStates is a game that is played around the world. To force one language upon everyone else wouldn't be logical, so feel free to post something in a different language.

Which is not to say you're free to flame or troll or otherwise abuse the site rules in other languages. While mods are primarily English speakers, we have an assortment of other languages among us, and the internet provides a wealth of translation resources ... yes, even for that.
