ok i know the old one was moved to spam some time ago, but may i firstly ask why this happened when it was such a long-running thread (change in mod policy or something?), and secondly ask if we'd be allowed to have a new one? *flutters eyelashes*

Some of the forum members here have expressed a problem with anything related to sexuality here - they don't want kids to see something they shouldn't.
I run a website in the US - and if the pictures can even be remotely construed as being erotic at all - even a woman in clothing can be erotic - you have to comply with Federal regulation 2257 - which I most certainly do.
If Jolt is allowing people to post pictures of people on any forum here - any forum at all, even spam - they have to review each picture to see if it falls under the purview of 2257 - and if so, they have to obtain and keep records on the actual age and identity of everyone in the photograph.
This can happen, even if the people in the photograph are completely clothed.

Yes, it was a change in policy, and no, I would suggest that you didn't.
