There he goes, there he goes again
Spamming up the forum
And I just can't contain
This feeling that remains:

Excuse me, how the hell is that spam? They know me in there and I do belive I'm a member of that "club".

Sorry about the threads, I understand about them but what I said with the links isn't spam.

I've searched your past history for your posts, and yes you have been spamming. You've been contributing absolutely nothing to multiples topics throughout the day.

well... 100+ posts in 1 day.. Im impressed with myself.
Bragging about how many posts you have on your regional message board probably isn't helping you either.

Either you quit spamming now, or you will receive punishment for continuing to do so.

:headbang: I spammed in theads that were in the spam section. I wans'nt bragging, I was trying to get people to talk. As you can see it's dead on that board. Now may I ask you to not lable me as a spammer? I'm don't want this drama. What ever, fine, I'm the bad person.

Bad idea to argue against Moderator decision, for the record. All the posts cited here were in the General forum, not the Spam forum. I've seen you all over the General forum today, as a matter of fact. Furthermore, history would suggest it's a bad idea to mock other members for complaining when there's recent Moderator action in the thread. Whether or not you think it's it's overreacting to post that isn't the issue -- and I doubt you could talk a Mod down from their decision. It's so much easier to just humble yourself and say you won't do it again, rather than gaining a negative reputation.

Um...I don't think we need to 'humble' ourselves. And there's nothing wrong with politely arguing against a moderator decision. They're not infallible. This seems to be fairly open-and-shut, but we are allowed to defend ourselves.

Yes, but when you argue by saying "You're wrong, I was in a different forum" when it's verifiable that you weren't in said forum, then mock the fact that a poster chose to not put up with the spam RIGHT AFTER you were told to quit spamming, I think that's beyond reasonable. And I didn't mean "humble ourselves" at every turn of a Moderator's eye, but more when they issue a fair, and especially UNOFFICIAL, warning.

I agree with your observations to this case. I don't feel they form an absolute rule. Nonetheless, I'm sure it's all over, that Il Ruffino will contribute more positively from now on, and that we can all live happily ever after.

I didn't say the word "wrong" and it wasn't implied in any way. I'm not that stupid. And it was in response to saying it was all in General.

Mocking? Where?
"then mock the fact that a poster chose to not put up with the spam RIGHT AFTER you were told to quit spamming"
What? I did not such thing.

Now can we please stop this?? I "humble" and over it. And aother thing. I thought we were on good term? Guess not. Oh well.

If you can't take this without seeing it as an attack on your person, then you're going to have trouble staying on "good terms" with many people on this forum.

Anyway, simply to answer your question before I leave, my statement was in response to these posts:
http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=9858779&postcount=81
http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=9858807&postcount=84

To my knowledge we still are on "good terms", I just appreciate good, quality additions to conversations. If it helps to know, I've reported my own useless contributions and a possible occasion of flamebait before, so it's nothing against you.

There is nothing wrong with arguing a moderators case. In this case; however, I personally went through the past post history of the user in question, and found most of the posts to be within Nationstates threads, hence the unofficial warning. Unofficial warnings carry no bearing on your nation, so consider it a nudge to shape up. I certainly hope that you become a regular contributor to the Nationstates forums, but I do suggest that you read The One-Stop Rules Shop just to brush up on the rules.
