I believe once a thread has been closed, it's considered poor form to reopen it to discussion, like you're trying to do here.
In closing, the moderators state that the situation, and all the grievances in the thread, have been duly addressed, and the topic is, well, closed, from all other such incidents I've seen.
Do so at your own risk, I suppose.
