And if it is decided that the second one counts as a flmae, I would greatly appreciate being told why. His terminolgy is pisspoor, from a technical persepctive.

I wouldn't consider it to be an outright flame, but it is in very poor taste. I'd suggest keeping away from insulting the way that other people type, and perhaps you could just as him to re-phrase his remark? That'd be a lot easier.

You're subject to the same rules, whether you're drunk or not. If you decide to log on while you're under the influence, that's your problem, and you are subjecting yourself to a higher possibility of being punished.
