oki, just recently my home region was crashed and even more recently they kicked and banned a few members who had joined after the crashing, I was wondering whether that, even though they came after the crash, they are still considered natives and therfore illegally banned?

Just as a sidenote, in case you didn't know yet...
12 hours ago: The Republic of Opened minds changed the regional password.
Invaders need to give out the password to all natives immediatly.....
If he didn't, report him through the Getting Help Page
If he did, plenty of defender groups to pass it on it...:D
