Clearly it is a massive gravedig.
That said, it can be hard for new players to know who doesn't exist anymore (as is so in this case). I know I've occasionally dredged up old factbooks or embassy threads, only to realize a little later that their nation is dead. In this case, though, I agree, the post was of little value anyway.
