Please, I've done nothing wrong.

I understand the policy of rulebreakers: believe me, I've reread the rules a hundred times over. And I understand that the moderation team isn't so perfect that they can actually tell who's doing what on which computer.

But I beseech you (and yes, right now I'm being pathetic on purpose), please let me have my nation of Jaerith back. I know that the nation of San Arkan has broken rules, and I understand that I have been associated with him because I've shared a computer with him multiple times. But the mods should look at the age of my nation and compare it to his. Part of the reason I want that nation back so badly is because I was the first in our entire area to find NationStates: I introduced virtually everyone in Prole Land to it, and I felt....well, a bit proud because of it.

For a month or so I played this game, at least twice as long as San Arkan did. But now I've been forced to start a new nation. Sure, it's a carbon copy of my old one, but my old one meant something to me. I know this is just a game, but dammit, I like my games. I felt proud because I had the oldest nation amongst my NationState-playing peers, now it's the youngest.

It hasn't been deleted....please, I just want that nation back.

The age of your nation doesn't really prove that you are or are not the same player. For example, you could've made San Arkan as a puppet a while after you made Jaerith. Bear in mind that dozens upon dozens of people have claimed that their sibling was using the same computer with a rulebreaking nation. But the point is, the only proof you could give would be to invite the mods around to your house and physically show them you're two different people.

People lie. A lot.

Still, if he can make another nation and play with it anyway, even if he is lying (and I personally believe he deserves the benefit of the doubt) what point is there in taking away his original nation when it wasn't the one used to commit the offense(s)? Punishment? We don't even have proof he did anything wrong. I say give him back his nation and if there are further problems from his IP address, just block it out.

It's probably best if you didn't make any judgement because frankly, you don't know the situation and neither do I, but we'd prefer if you didn't guess when you know nothing about it and just left it for us to take care of.

Of course that doesn't prove that I'm a different person, and yes I understand that this problem has more than likely happened in the past (more than likely, yeah, sure, more like definitely.) And as much as I appreciate the support, Xanthal, he's right, only a mod, or more like all of the mods, can make this decision.

Here's why we shared the same computer (yes, I know that what I'm doing is pretty damn close to futile, but I'm getting desperate.) At our school, we have the same first period: journalism. Our school is a tiny little thing in East Texas, and doesn't give any funds to some of the less-popular electives. Our newspaper staff is currently working with five people. We have three computers in that room that can connect to the internet, only two of which are actually used for journalistic purposes. When those two are used, the other one is left for people with less-serious goals. I showed San Arkan NationStates (as I did with everybody else at my school) and even helped him create San Arkan on that computer. After that, he made about six more either on that computer or at his house, and then made them all join the UN. I told him this was incredibly stupid, so at first he listened to me. Then he tried to get the mods to delete his nations, and worse led to worse until I tried to logon to Jaerith, and it was blocked.

I can't offer proof that we're different people, I can only ask that you please just let me access Jaerith. For all I care, you can delete all of my other nations. Jaerith is my pride and joy, and every day that I try to log on, and I see that the number of inactive days has gone up, I cringe, because it's slowly dying. That's quoting one of the mods that contacted me a while back. However, I can tell you that the Fiefdom of Muka Muka, who is located in Prole Land, is San Arkan's new nation.
