Hack, I don't understand the question and if you're not kidding about the punishment I'm very shocked, but then I don't know anything about the history.
EDIT: I guess you were kidding. And I figured out your question. I live in Champaign, IL (UofI area). I work for a large engineering firm and it's easier to recruit at a school like this.

Actually, the punishment has little to do with history (I didn't look it up). If someone wants to act like a dipshit, I'll smack them down. Hopefully people will learn, especially players that should know better.

Actually, I figured out the location thing and answered above.
Dang, I'm gonna hear about that one. We're both on another forum together that I'm a moderator/admin of. Ha. Oh, well. He knew the rules and it's not like it was one or two posts.
