Not at all nice, but "true" given the angle of reasoning (in mainstream Christianity homosexuality is indeed a sin; assuming he's coming from Calvinism, it does damn someone to Hell... although if you don't believe in Hell, UpwardThrust, I really can't see how this would offend you). Trolling with yet another unsubstantiated statement... postscript is flaming, but the last two phrases are unactionable as they do qualify as "true" given the basis of his argument.

The only reason I broke it down like this is to show that people are still allowed to have opinions--if someone doesn't like the (painting with broad brush here) LGBT lifestyle or any other, they can say that. What's required, though, is that they say why and try to support it with a reasonable argument even if that argument is limited to "I'm really just not comfortable with it." Debating whether or not homosexuality is a sin (and if so, what class of sin) is always tricky, but it isn't disallowed. What I really want to avoid here is inadvertantly establishing precedent for an opposing-viewpoint pogrom.

Anyway, these two guys are going to be warned. Does anyone else find it ironically amusing that they could be described as "flaming?"

I am not sure I did find it offensive ? I wasent the one that posted it in moderation I think
