Harassment

I have a question.

I am an administrator and moderator of another forum. One of the members here was permabanned for rules violations. This member is now using the membership of myself and several of the other people from that forum on NS to telegram us and send regional messages in order to continue to argue and complain to us. Obviously, we would prefer she discontinue her contact with us especially regarding actions on another forum. She is not flaming or flamebaiting but we would prefer not to have the actions of our other forum spill over onto this board. I have asked the individual to stop messaging us regarding these issues. What is the best way to handle this?

If you are receiving unwanted telegrams, click the Ignore Sender button.

If this player is visiting your region, eject him/her. You're the delegate. Your region is big enough to support at least one permabanned member.

If it becomes abusive, report the problem to the mods and save the telegrams / screen-capture the relevant RMB with the tools on the GH page.

As for continuing to bother you on off-site forums, there's nothing we can do. We can't stop human nature, nor can we wave a wand and have someone forget a grudge. More's the pity.

Thanks. She has been removed from the off-site forum. I was more concerned with her harassing its members here. The methods you suggested should work. Thank you.
