Hello,

I have received the warning from Nation States moderators to stop attacking someone by the real name and while I admit to engaging in 'verbal wars', I wasn't the one who started the argument in the first place. The member named 'Godess' from 'The end of the Universe' have always harassed me even before I left. When she started attacking my friend personally, I feel I have to say something in return. This is her post:

"And Dmytri, you have no idea what you are dealing with. You are a pathological liar and jealous b*tch. We know about how you daddy lied about his qualifications to get his job on Oahu. We know that you were failing UH Hilo before you moved. And lastly Sh.., Zypherious was always mine, you were just his little play thing".

I strongly request that posting lies such as hers should warrant warnings from the moderators. Thank you and I appreciate it.

Well then i think you should have reported it and not attacked them back, or really say a single word to them. Because flaming them back doesn't do a thing except get you in trouble along with them usually.

You're right. I shouldn't have attacked them back. Sometimes my temper get the best of me in situation like this. However, I still feel that it's only fair if both of us get a warning not to start any argument again. Godess usually start all the arguments even if I wasn't doing anything. This time, it was personal so I decided to defend myself. I hope moderators will send her a warning not to initiate anything from now on.

Oh i should have said, linking to it (if its in the forum) would help sicne the mods will not go looking for it i believe. Or if it was in region message board get a screen shot, or if it was telegram save it in your box and don't delete it. Because without proof they cannot do a thing about it.

Thanks for the reminder. But I can't post the link since it only goes back to my nation. I don't know why. The best thing for mods to do is to search for the region 'The End of the Universe' and hopefully Godess's post will be still there so they can see she started the attack in the first place, not me!

No, actually, the best thing for you to do is to use the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/86598/page=help) page properly and not ask the mods to go do the work of proving your claim for you.

It's not their fault you two have this little spat going on and can't behave, after all. Nor are they here to fight your battles for you. You have a complaint? File it properly and dont' resort to the same low tactics your opponent supposedly is - just simple advice there.

First of all, both the report and the response were done privately via the Getting Help page. That is the proper place for private accusations. This is the second time in as many days that you have taken a private message and broadcast it to the rest of NS. Next time, keep private conversations private.

Secondly, what makes you think I didn't look at the other side of the equation too? Godess also got warned.
