Hi just got a message from a mod saying I was not doing something by the rules. Two things I want to clarify is the mod said I need to send out the password to everyone in the region or else I would be deleted. Is it just sufficent to remove the password?
And the second thing I wanted to ask is the mod called me an invader when I am the second oldest nation in that region. At what stage do I stop being an invader and become a native?

You're an invader delegate when your endorsement support comes entirely from recent arrivals to the region. You're a griefer when an invader delegate (you) ejects natives without unbanning. Which you did.
Edit: you seem to have a misunderstanding on what constitutes a native. The fact that you joined the game before many others in the region makes you more populated. It does not grant nativity to any region you happen to visit. As you were delegate of a different region not that long ago, and kicked out of yet another region only a short while ago, it seems most unlikely that you can claim to be 'native' to that region.

What constitues a native? Are there any Nations in this Region that have been there longer than 2 months? Is "Being a native" dependant on whether you are ejected?
