Is it okay to make an OOC thread to ask nations to ignore another nation that refuses to RP proper in multiple occasions? One who swears in every other sentence? One who just said that he's going to ignore everyone who won't play his way? Just asking.

No. That would definitely not be okay. Singling someone out like that is flamebaiting and will not be tolerated.

If his/her gamelplay is such that people will not wish to play with him/her, people are certainly intelligent enough to figure it out on their own.
