My thread '21 things that piss me off about America' was not, I believe, flamebait. Maybe it was offensive, but it was also meant to be humorous, and designed to stimulate debate. Largely, it did. However, there were some flames. Having one off-the-record opinion of the legality of my post, I would like to report the following flames. They are all pretty mild, and I'm not baying for blood - if they're not actionable, so be it. However, given that I am a 'pussy' and a 'wimp' and a 'moron', I have possibly not taken these posts well. Also, I know I criticised for others for taking mine too seriously: if, in the mods' opinion, these are intended to be humorous then I will withdraw my objections (to all except the first).
