Calling people NeoCons and Chickenhawks because they don't like Sheehan or support the war is inappropriate, as is calling someone an 8-year-old or commenting that the only reason to support Isreal is if you're a Jew. I don't think this is the first OceanDrive has been inflammatory either.

There are also people who are equally guilty.

Can we stop the personal attacks in moderation please? The signature has a link to original post and a reference to the context, if CTOAN doesn't like it, s/he shouldn't have said it.

I'm sorry, but when will enough be enough. OD2 obviously finds it offensive when people report that a thread is degrading into a flaming, flamebaiting or trolling in leiu of arguing, but I really don't need to hear about it. It's off-topic and unnecessary.

I think Jocaiba is trying to have my Thread locked...(He has posted 7 times in Moderation about this... and complained about 4 or 5 different posters)

The patern is like this...Pro Bush poster start Flaming around...then Jocaiba Hickjacks and says I am insulting him...

I am NOT insulting him...and i try to proove it...(with a Wikipedia link)

My name is Jocabia. Please spell it correctly. That's about five times, you've misspelled.

To the point, the mods can read the posts. You are arguing with the mod decision and with my decision to notify the mods. They are welcome to read it for themselves and make their decision accordingly. I've not misrepresented anything you've posted.

Also, a pattern suggests I've ever done this before. I don't want the thread locked. I'm enjoying the discussion and I've liked some of the links posted. I would like to continue the discussion without flaming, flamebaiting and trolling which is why I notified the notified the mods and I told you this in the thread.

Finally, hijacking the thread is discussing in the thread why you don't think you were flaming. Hijacking is not coming to the mod forum to ask them to calm a thread down so reasonable debate can continue.

Now, I have no problem with you discussing your beliefs or ideas with me, but I have no interest in continuing to discuss why you think you should be permitted to call me a NeoCon or a Chickenhawk.

Sorry, mods, for this debate here. OD2 does not appear to want to let this one alone even though he received only an informal warning to knock it off and s/he's starting to get on my nerves. I'm making a distinct effort to remain calm but I don't think all of this is necessary. What makes for a reasonable discussion is obvious to him/her and everyone else who posts here.
