The "getting help" tasklist

Let me start this with admiration with how fast problems are solved. The "getting help" (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help) is really effective, and the majority of my reports are answered within 24 hours. A small percentage within 48 hours. Some mods must really have a daily task on this, and probably check it every hour. That is incredible fast, I am amazed at the efficiency.
My question is this: Is it possible that tasks fall off, in one way of the other? I ask this, because sometimes I report things, which don't get acted upon. I mean within a week. I understand that sometimes I am wrong, or overly bothered about something.
I ask this because I reported the nations "Arschloecher" and "Myfatass" for being an innapropriate nation's name. My German is good enough to know what it means, but maybe I'm just narrowminded, and has it other meanings too. If it just fell off the tasklist, what is etirely possible, I'll happily report it again :p
Again, I find the "getting help" (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help) very efficient, and really the mods don't have to answer all my reports. Good job, no matter who is doing it.

"Arschloecher" was tagged for deletion, but apparently I didn't click the 'confirm deletion' button. That's been corrected. I choose not to act on "Myfatass", though another mod may have chosen differently. It depends on the context. If the other fields are fairly normal, we sometimes ignore quasi-offensive names.

To answer the first question: Tasks never go away, even after resolved, ignored, whatever. We can look up the very first task ever submitted to the list (it was a test, nothing exciting).

Okay, puts the voices in my head to rest. The "getting help" is not like a swiss cheese. It is a very efficient means to make oneself heard :)

Fair enough, since I never ask for a nation to be deleted. I only bring things to your attention. "Myfatass" is probably acceptable, because it is not directed at someone, and not insulting. I just thought that "ass" is not allowed, because it is just another name for that bodypart you sit on. I have seen other nations been discussed, because they have "ass" in their names. I personally don't think that "Myfatass" is meant as "My fat donkey", though there are further no references to that in the nation's description (motto, animal and currency).

I rest my case. You might want to delete this thread, because it discusses names. I don't care much for postcount.

Still, you should be proud on how efficient the getting help page is. :)
