I'm not sure if regional posting during a forumban (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=9671590#post9671590) is the same as evading a forumban, but in any case, Lyric continues to harass Nadkor, myself and others in the Island of the Moon Region (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi). The direct accusations and threats towards Nadkor in particular worry me.
Her recent posts, with a puppet nation, The Commonwealth of Tranzsexuals there:
I wish to make it VERY CLEAR that Nadkor did NOT win. I am only backing down because of duress, and because the threat of a Mod deleting my favorite nation. I think it really SUCKS that someone around here can force the rest of the group to wear as a badge of honr, a slogan that some of us find objectionable.
I think the lack of any leadership in averting the disagreement, before it blew up...rests solely on the shoulders of our Founder.
He started the group, he should have stepped in and told Nadkor that it at least had the appearance, in her sig line, that the group embraced and endorsed that slogan...that some of us, including Stephistan and myself...found offensive.
But he failed to take leadership.
There are going to be...with or without me...other conflicts within this group. Not everyone is going to agree on everything. But, if disagreements are not settled quickly...and amicably...they will blow up, especially when passions are running high.
I will never, ever, ever forgive Nadkor, or Sinuhue...and I will NEVER work with either of them on anything. Nothing can make me take them off my list. They had a chance. They chose instead to directly and intentionally irritate me, and this is the result of it.
I hope you both feel real good when I take my blood-pressure medication. Thanks a lot, you two.
The point of all this is...we need someone in this group to take a role as a leader, to step in and resolve conflict before it blows up. Sumamba has obviously proven he is not up to this task.
Certainly, I'm not, I know I am far too hot-headed to be any sort of a mediator. But we are going to be needing someone to act in that capacity. Because we are NOT always going to agree on everything, and passions will run high on sopme issues.
This particular fued has now resulted in my refusal to work, in any capacity with at least two members of this group. How many more breaches like that can a group sustain?
We need our own mediator. And I don't recommend Sumamba, he has proven himself unwilling or unable to mediate. Likelwise, I don't recommend Sinuhue or Nadkor for the position, they escalated the previous blow up. They could have backed off and didn't. Those are not the qualities a mediator displays.
In the end, a mediator should be able to make a decision that, while neither party may get everything they want...at least does not make one person walk away angry, feeling like everyone hates them, and that no one will support them, even though they are right.
Well, I am now extremely angry. And I have a long memory. I will remain angry for a long long time. And, as a result, I will not acknowledge certain people as belonging to this group...and therefore I willnot work with them in any capacity, or accept counsel or advice from any of them, either. As far as I am concerned, they are enemies.
It has not been moderated. The offensive slogan is still in place, it still implies the whole group endorses it...and I hope Nadkor has a real good laugh at the fact that I got a 3-day forumban out of the whole thing. so I hope she's REAL HAPPY now.
I will work with those who will work. I will NOT work with those who explicity state that the only reason they kept the slogan is because it upset me! Don't believe it, go look at the thread yourself, and you will see that Nadkor as much as owned up to doing it just to irritate me...yet I'M the one who gets the forumban!

As to Sinuhue...you asked that the fued not be carried onto the new thread...and then you made an oblique reference to it yourself, on the new thread, regarding AK-47's being "communist guns" or "associated with Commies" and you know darn well you did it just to needle me...even after you were also asked not to bring it onto the new thread. That landed you on the list with Nadkor.
I continue to be willing to work with anyone else in this group. I continue to strenuously object to Nadkor's sig line, and I think it is high time some of the others who also had objections to it were to give me some backup.
I'm the only one who has been in any way punished over this whole affair...and I never get my way, and no one ever steps to the plate for me, and it is making me more and more angry.
