There's a difference between mocking someone who is in this forum, and someone who probably doesn't have a nation here. We're a heck of a lot more strict on people who bash others who are present in this forum, while we're more lenient of people who bash, let's say... President Bush or North Korea, because of their political beliefs, within reason of course.
