I'd be curious to see if this is a puppet of someone. I find it a bit too coincidental that that particular thread has been hit so many times now by spammers....

We aren't reporting anybody, I simply reported a run of the mill spammer in one of my threads. It's being handled by the moderators, so this really shouldn't be the concern of other players. Euro is on top of it.

Moderation is where you need to report spam on the forums.

Yes, but you can also use IRC.
The Getting Help function under the FAQ on your nation's mainpage is for game related problems. The Moderation forum is for forum related issues, such as spammers, flamers, and trolls.

The supposed 'puppet' has been looked into, and your theory was correct, though the name of the puppetmaster will be left anonymous. Suffice to say, I will be paying attention to them.

Correction on my part. Turns out the spammer wasn't a puppet of anyone, but that two earlier spammers were puppets of each other. It was just a confused newbie. :p
