perhaps a new rule on the Guide to the Moderation Forum Sticky...
"Please allow at least [decide on timeframe] from posting your request/question before even thinking about asking the Mods why they haven't replied. The Mods may be busy responding to other requests/problem and may not be able to immediately start working on yours. Patience is required for all requests for Help."
