Lawton Park's IP has been banned as you are aware of. However he says that he does not know why that has happened. As a member of his region he has asked me to inquire into this for him. So I am asking the question to you as he says he has no way to do so. In no way do I wish to share responsibility for his actions. I am just asking because no one else will.

Why start a new thread if your question was already answered in another one? Personally, but you dont have to do this, i would ask in the thread that you already started, it would save on server bandwith (which can get really expensive, trust me on that one)

You don't need multiple threads plus several Getting Help requests. For now, you have your answer that he IS IP banned. We'll get to the rest when we get to it.
