My regions President has his IP banned

Thats the same as permenatly banned right?

Yes it is. Thats how the mods prevent puppets of banned nations from coming on the forums. Your computer can no longer create a profile to post with.

I believe you need to get involved in rather serious rule violations or continuously harass other players to receive IP ban. So, people who receive IP ban really deserve it.
By the way, a touch belated thanks to Moderation for bringing Lawton Park to justice.
