Neo Kervoskia (who is a member of my regional forum) mentioned that he had been forumbanned, but didn't quite know why. He asked if I could find out for him. Searching among his recent posts, I didn't see anything that looked particularly against the rules, so can someone (like, a mod) help me find out why he was banned? Thanks.

(I know, it would probably be better to send a Getting Help request, but this is a bit faster. It's more likely mods will be reading the forum, simply because there are more mods with forum access than there are mods with modcentre access.)
