Sub-literate 13-year-olds seems like a flame to me, even if he follows it with a smilie. I'm not sure what makes people think it's acceptable to flame if you just follow it with a smilie.

hmmm... IMHO... tough call..

I would say flaming but there were worse posts on there that I wouldn't have bothered reporting..

But then again, growing up as an overweight geeky nerd, My skin has toughened up somewhat.

Same thing as I said in the other thread. I prefer the mods correct actions before they get out of hand. I like that Euro tends to give people a chance to modify their behavior before an official warning is necessary. However, I'm more than willing to have a mod request that I wait for issues to become more greivous.

He isn't necessarily calling anyone specific a "Sub-literate 13-year-old", so I don't really see anything actionable about it. It's certainly one of those posts that could be taken badly, but there is nothing too bad about it.

If it was a dig; it was probably aimed at me. I am not offended by it. I probably egged him on by questioning his legal background so.....
