It seems like showing a guy shooting gays is probably frowned upon among other things.I would say get rid of all 'armed' smilies including the Finger smilie if it's so offensive. (and I kinda think they are. why tempt the trolls)

I would call it Flamebaiting or Trolling. He could've presented his views with more civility than what he did.

I don't know if it's actionable, but it's certainly worth addressing. It's a fairly trollish post.
