Prob both based on that- but its been borderline for ooh say, 20ish pages now.

I believe the 'stoop' was a retort for another 'Dhimmi' comment.
But, i just wanna know so i can see whether its the letter of the law or the spirit of the law thats used more... ;)

Just wondering since some mods say that (if Yeru did cross the line) there would be no exscuse to flaming... even if one was responding to flame.

There is a standard for what is considered flaming/flamebaiting, and a lot of the time, we discuss the post(s) in question with the other moderators. In this case, Yeru responded to flamebait, but not in the way that Via Ferrata was hoping for. His response wasn't a flame, but his opinion. It all depends on the tone of voice here.
