will you guys please, once and for all, do something to get this complete ass-clown out of my face? He has been carrying out a vendetta against me and my nations, under a hundred or more different names, for nearly as long as I have been involved in the game of NS.

Why he originally latched onto me for his vendetta I do not know, and never will. But he has already caused my greatest ever nation to get DEATed by constant flamebaiting and flamebaiting and flamebaiting over a hundred different users, so that, in the end, even if a few of his got DEATed he didn't care, he would just make more...and in the end, ME...the victim, got punished merely because I could no longer contain my anger at the constant provokation.

Mods never carefully looked at the situation, and I ended up being the victim of both my tormentor...and the Mods.

Now it looks like it is happening again. Please check my telegram box, I've left two telegrams in there, one from Rod smart II, and the other from Rods Revenge. Also check our Public Message Forum on this site, for Region Area Fifty One. He has stated there and in my TG box, his intentions to continue this vendetta.

Vendetta is against NS rules, and this is clearly a case of harrassment. How much more of this shit do I have to take before you guys do something about this asshole once and for all?

He has tormented me under names usually, but not always, dealing with Rod Smart (HeHateMe of XFL fame) for his nation names, though he also has used the nation name of Paul Pierce, and several others, far too many for me to recall.

Quite frankly, in light of all this, I believe that, since I have suffered more than enough, two things should happen.

One, that this guy be IP-banned from the NS site, nothing else seems able to stop him. And even that won't stop him forever.

Two, I think it is only fair that my formerly DEATed nation of Labrador be resurrected from the dead, or that, at least, I be allowed to create a new nation with the name of Labrador. Have I not suffered enough? why will you Mods persist in doing nothing to help the victims of extreme harassment, and, in the end even PUNISH the victim?

When Labrador got Deated, for remarks made in the Fourms at Rod Smart's people, I had NEVER even had a Forumban placed on me. I just got DEATed right out of the clear blue...and this guy then came back to brag about it and rub my face in it.

How much is enough? How much more do I have to put up with?

Are y'all Mods powerless to deal with this? Or will you finally do something to enforce the rules of the game...and make up to me for all I have lost over the past three years becvause of this complete and total asshat?

I mean, come on...the vendetta he has been carrying on goes for nearly three years now! If you want confirmation of this assertion, please, I invite you to ask longtime Area fifty One residents like Irinistan and The Terribian...they will confirm what I am telling you.

Enough is enough. Quit punishing the victims, or demanding that the victims continue to keep their cool in the face of a three-year long vendetta, while Mods do absolutely nothing to stop it. everyone has a breaking point. Labrador reached hers. And for that, Labrador got punished while this guy walked off scott-free to continue his campaign of harrassment!!

so, in the end, the guy who is provoking this, and breaking the rules...he, essentially does not get punished...and the victim in the whole affair does.

I find this to be extremely unfair.

Now, I am asking a full review of the entire matter. Please, ask Stephistan, former NS Mod. she will tell you how long my troubles with this guy have gone on for!! It's high time the victim was not the one being punished.

I'm asking for a full-scale administrative view of my request...and, if Labrador is re-activated, or at least allowed to be used as a name for a new nation, that you private-TG me when that happens, so that no one else gets my name.

And I'm also asking for y'all Mods to finally deal, in a more permanent way, with a guy who just simply refuses to leave me alone! All I have ever asked of this guy is to just leave me the hell alone and he continues to harrass and harrass and harrass and get away with it...and I end up suffering at his hands...and then, when I can no longer take any more...and the Mods do not put a stop to it...and I break...then I end up getting victimized by the Mods. This just ain't right!

Now please, Mods...will you finally do something about this? I can't take much more!

calm down Lyric, and take deep breaths, As Euro suggested, go to the GHP. and stay focused, hold on to that temper.

You can expect a just response to the actions, provided you have enough evidence to support the fact. Accusing us of not enforcing the rules isn't going to help you in the long run.

Okay, done. I have reported this to the Getting Help page, and referenced back to this thread, as well as posted the text of my original message in this thread there.

I really hope to see some action. I just tired of this guy carrying on a three-year vendetta, harassing me at every turn (this goes way beyond griefing and normal cheating...this guy is obseesed with making my leuife hell) I may note here, too, that I have certain health conditions which are not being helped by the continued harassment.

Enough is enough, i'm tired of being his victim, and I'm tired of having Mods who cannot or will not deal with the problem, until the point when I finally break, and then I end up a victim of the Mods, because I got punished by having the nation that meant the most to me in the whole world DEATed, because I could no longer take it.

My God...I created Labrador in honor of my dog!! When you guys DEATed Labrador, you might has well have killed my dog...and drove a stake right through my heart!! I cried for WEEKS over it, because you, in effect KILLED MY DOG!!

I'm trying very hard to be nice about this and not attack Mods who maybe want to help, but damn, my frustration level at the so-far three-year long ineffectiveness of Mods enforcing basic rules has really got me in a lather!

I'd stay calm, Junii...if it wasn't for the fact that this is a three-year long running vendetta, Mods have continued to prove they are either unwilling or unable to deal with the doofus, and my favorite nation in the whole world..the one I created in honor of my dog...GOT KILLED!! I was punished because I could no longer contain my anger. I was punished for having a breaking point. Yet, all this time later, my tormentor still is not punished!!

so I'm a victim of my tormentor...and a victim of the Mods!

This is the very LEAST the Mods could do for me is to give me back a nation that meant so much to me. I mean if they can't or won't force this guty to stop breaking rules...if they can't or won't tnforce the rules, then why have the rules...or the Mods?

And, at the very least, i've suffered unjustly, and for long enough, and I feel restoring my old nation of Labrador is the least they could do for me, given what their lack of effectiveness has cost me, and continues to cost me.

My nation was created in Noveber, 2002. Look see for yourself. so, this being September, 2005...okay, for want of TWO LOUSY MONTHS...I lied, it isn't quite three years....it's two years and ten months. big deal.

High time the problem got dealt with, and I was given a token of apology for the lack of action up to this point...except of course the action that served to further victimize me.
