The arguement is being made that the weapons ban could be replaced if/when this one is repealed. Am I mistaken or does the Security Act prevent this? It's be great to know before the vote so we dont have to guess.

All that is needed to get around the UNSA is include a statement to the effect of "[weapon] is unecessary for national defense."
