Vastiva's In Harem's Way

I was RPing with the nation Vastiva in his thread In Harem's Way when he was DEATed. I believe he would not mind my mentioning this, as he queried it publicly in Moderation on July 8. I understand he appealed through the Getting Help page on July 26. I was wondering if there had been any developments, as several of us are interested in continuing the RP.

You may post on the behalf of a forumbanned player to ask, in "Moderation", why that player was forumbanned. You may not post on the behalf of a forumbanned player for any other reason.

I believe that I am posting on behalf of the RPers in In Harem's Way, not on behalf of Vastiva. If we know there's been a decision, we can start working out what to do in and with the RP. If there hasn't, we'll have to wait some more.

Certain information is only available to the player in question, and won't be available to the general public. Nobody else needs to know that info.

Coincidentally, this came up in Moderation today, but I know it's been a long-standing policy. I'm not asking what the decision is, just if you've made one yet.

However, if you see my arguments as hair-splitting and respond accordingly, well, I guess I'll just have to wear it. I won't deny that, both as Findhorn in the RP and as Ardchoille elsewhere, I'd be glad to see Vastiva back.

Just to set the record straight - his appeal has been processed and that was the final ruling? Because, when I last talked to Vastiva on another forum, the result had been pending for quite a while...

That was the final ruling.

Sorry to hear that, but at least it finally got settled.

Thanks for the speedy answer(s). Like Fass, I'm sorry to hear it, but knowing is better than waiting for the axe to fall.

Just an updater from the RP/OOC thread in case anyone's wondering why Vastiva (now Vastivan Alaska) hasn't been posting in a thread about him: he's apparently still in New Orleans with the Red Cross.
