I think clicking on the two links explains everything. Look at the website address in the corners.

The sites are only forbidden to link to, I think. I pretty sure you're allowed to post material from them as long as you rehost them, (pictures on photobucket, copy/paste text, etc...)

But... I don't think the pictures themsleves are legal anyhow, so it doesn't matter where they came from. :p

Rehosting's fine, and the pictures where fine... it was just spam.
