Ejecting Nations from my Region

It is my understanding that the regional password must be available to all native nations. I have a question about how that works.

My region was invaded a short time ago and we have discovered that one of the native nations was responsible for the invasion. All of the invader nations have been ejected and we would like to eject the nation that led the invasion. Is there any rule against ejected them and maintaining a password to keep them out?

Invader delegates must provide the password to all native nations. Native delegates are not required to give out the password or lift the ban from nations that they've ejected (so long as they haven't ejected enough nations to constitute griefing).

Thank you. That's good to know. What decides that I am a native delegate or invader delegate is whether I have more endorsements from natives or from invaders (despite my native status), yes?
