I agree with the 2nd and 4th- but i you look at the sequence of posts..... you'll see he went and insulted me and called me names long before i called him Mr. Psycho. (prior to which by the way- he went a little nuts about me being beheaded and deserving to die! For reasons i cannot fathom. :confused: )

The third might be construed as patronising- fine, i'll accept that. But the guy took some personal vendetta against- also thinking i was French and landing several slurs against them.

I repeatedly told him he was confusing me with someone else from earlier on- i merely debated topics but then he accused me of being a Nazi!!

And? Just because he flames you doesn't mean you can flame him. Attempting to justify breaking the rules by pointing to the rules-breaking of others doesn't get you anywhere.

I'm not a mod, but if you're looking to get Yeru Shalayim warned for his aberrant actions, you're likely going to get in just the same kind of trouble.

From my experience, the moderators do not tolerate flaming someone back when they've flamed you. Both of you are in the wrong in my book.

Ok, accepted and thanks for clearing that up. Just wanted to know where things stood thats all. I don't really have a problem with getting 'into trouble' - just wanted to see where the borders are.
