Kinder, gentler, sweeter post-crash?

When, like many another who couldn't log in, I thought I'd been DEATed, it was: oh, surely they didn't take that seriously? Or, couldn't they see why I wrote that? Or, no, can't be that, that was weeks ago. Or, but I said that off-site -- didn't I? And even: OMG, Kat really does know if we've been bad or good!

Then contact was restored, all made clear, mods ascended back into clouds, cheers of grateful populace -- and relieved resolution to be more careful, more polite, more tolerant, more helpful, more ... everything.

Now I'm thinking, I can't be the only one who got a scare. Perhaps posts in Moderation will be kinder, gentler, sweeter from now on. Scarcer, even.

So I'm wondering, O Compassionate Ones, if you've noticed any such general trend?

And I'm sooo looking forward to the next episode of the B.... NS Moderator from H... (see? Potentially offensive words deleted!)

In the past day, I've noticed things being a tad bit nicer, but I'm sure they'll return to normal sometime soon. ;)

You should check it out. Not too many people noticed a few of the newer replies made.

LOL! I'm honored to be both quoted and in your sig.

Umm, yeah, about the sig ... Enn and I didn't come to blows over that, there was no meeting on the green at dawn and the whole issue was settled amicably. Honest.

The fact that I am using it now and Enn is not simply proves that Enn is a much nicer person than I am.

Errr ... you can't really read TGs, can you?

And, Euroslavia, I did see the You-Know-What from You-Know Where, but it was all about your evil twin, right? Right? Euro? Euro?

This will probably seem like a stupid question and yet more lower your opinion of my already punitive intelligence, but can moderators read telegrams? I thought only Administration had access to such material?

Although that would beg the question, if Moderators cannot read telegrams, then why if you file a complaint about abuse are you told to keep the telegram(s)?

i assume that the game mods can other wise admin would have hell of a time checking offensive telegrams. Forums mods most likely dont though.

Pretty much. Game Moderators can read telegrams, but only if they remain in your inbox, I believe. Forum Moderators on the otherhand wont have said abilities, and Administrators... well. Do I even need to clarify? Of course ;)
