would it be possible to hold the delegacy of two regions with only one nation? If you have 2 regions and you work out which one updates first could you become delegate there and then as soon as, move over tot eh other region where you could be endorsed quick enough by another set of nations so you become delegate there. would you lose the delegacy in region 1?

I believe that once you leave a region, all of the UN Endoresments you have recieved are wiped out. UN Delegacy is calculated at the time of update, and thus when you are in one region during the time of an update -- the other region's Delegacy will granted to he who has the largest amount of endoresments, which effectively wont be you.

In the meantime, when you move out of a region you have endoresments in, and then move back in -- you wont regain those endoresments automatically, but rather each player will have to re-endorse you.

I hope I explained that easily enough.

it used to be possible to be delegate in more than one region that way, but since sal changed it so nations can only update once each major update cycle this is now impossible.

My understanding is that the endorsements reappear when you re-enter a region where nations have endorsed you.

Also, if you move into a new region with nations that endorsed you in another region, their endorsements will appear also.

Hm, I might be wrong.

You can move out a region safely outside the update cycle, and when you move back you still have the endorsements.

Endorsements are counted when the region you reside in updates. All endorsements of the people who are in that region with you (the visible ones) you keep. The ones you had in other regions, you lose. You can only update once each update cycle, so if you move to a region that hasn't updated yet in that same cycle, it will pretend you're not there.

Hope that bit of rambling helped.
