Moderators and Government

Moderators mediate. Anyway in society the moderators are the policemen. Policemen along with any other moderators make mistakes. They may not realize a persons innocence, but will beat them if they try to explain this innocence. For example the moderators in nation states have accused me of trolling, but I went along with it. When I tried to rebut (as in a trial) my accusers argument, I was slapped in the face with the same trolling (trolling is an offensive word in of itself) violation and some offensive words. Thats against the Constitution of the United States and several other consitutions around the world. Not only is that double jeopardy, but also I have not been issued a trial date. Now I am asking you the readers what is the best way to construct the legal system in my country to prevent something like that from happening?

The best way for your nation's continued survival so you -can- lay things out how you like is to check the rules, not troll as you've been doing, post moderation problems/issues in the Moderation forum, and not try to hide your trolling and sarcasm in pseudo-ic posts.

Just some friendly advice from someone who's been around much longer than this nation's date shows, and has seen this sort of thing go down dozens of times.

This isn't a country. This is a forum on the internet. We need not conform to any national constitution because we are not a national government. The Constitution says that the government cannot abridge your right of free speech. However, if someone wants to throw you out of his house because you used the word "cat," he's within his rights to do so even if he's violating your 'right' of free speech.

If you need a political analogy: here, Max Barry is Tsar and we are his Oprichniki. Fortunately for everyone, Max Barry is no Ivan Grozny and we're not quite as up on the whole looting and raping of villages on the steppe.
