Are you sure it was deleted for inacitivity? You haven't logged into it in 28 days (or 60 if in vacation mode)
To me, it seems that This (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=439269) may explain why, but not 100% positive... I am sure a mod will comment on it here (or in a TG to you after placing the request)

I know that, that nation was called The Velkyan Union, Velkya is my old nation from 2004. I've already lodged a request, hopefully the mods will be merciful.
